Seeing the world through a child’s eyes. The school books have made it home for the summer and after a cursory glimpse through the mountain of work that the boys have churned out this academic year I stumbled across this picture in Rhys’s ‘About Me’ book. It caught me completely off guard as I glanced at the words accompanying the simple sketch below the title of ‘My Special Person’. I suppose sometimes we forget to think about how others perceive us and it touched me more than words can ever say. I must be doing something right.

If only as adults we could just see the world through a child’s eyes I’m sure it would make things a whole lot easier!
